The Process

  1. Our sample sourcing process allows you to verify product quality firsthand before committing to a full order. Here's how we make the process seamless and efficient: 
1. Identify Product Needs
Provide product details: Share your specifications, budget, and desired product features.
Clarify quality standards: Let us know any specific materials, quality benchmarks, or other preferences.

2. Supplier Shortlist & Product Matching:  We source a list of up to 3 vetted suppliers who can meet your specifications and budget. We request photos/videos of some of their products and forward them to you.

3. Sample Ordering & Quality Verification: You state which samples you require, we send you a quote including shipping costs. After you pay, we coordinate with the suppliers to ship samples directly to you. Once you receive the samples, test them to ensure they meet your standards. You can either buy samples from all 3 suppliers or from 1.

4. Review & Feedback:  After evaluating the samples, provide feedback on quality, suitability, and any adjustments needed.  

5. Supplier Contact & Full Order Placement:  Once you’re satisfied with a sample, we connect you directly with the supplier for bulk ordering. You can discuss with the supplier to make any necessary tweaks or changes to meet your preferences.

Support for order negotiation: We assist with setting up flexible payment terms, confirming delivery timelines, and establishing warranty or return agreements.

For products like machinery or custom equipment, where obtaining physical samples isn't feasible, we adjust the process to ensure you still receive quality assurance and peace of mind. Here's how we manage these situations:
1. Identify Your Product Needs:  Provide us with details about the machinery or custom equipment you need.
2. Supplier Shortlist & Product Demonstration Request:  We connect you with suppliers who provide detailed videos or virtual demos.
3. Optional Third-Party Inspection:  Arrange an inspection service to assess the product’s quality at the factory level.
4. Review Documentation & References:  Receive certifications, manuals, and past client feedback to validate the supplier’s reliability.
5. Negotiate Payment Terms & Warranty:  Secure flexible payment terms and confirm warranty coverage with the supplier.

Sample Orders

What if I’m not satisfied with the samples? : If none of the samples meet your standards, we’ll help source additional suppliers or refine the product requirements. We won't charge you for our service but you will have to cover sample and shipping costs.
Do I have to pay for the samples? : Sample costs are typically covered by the buyer, but we negotiate with suppliers to minimise sample fees and shipping costs where possible.
How many samples can I request? : You can order samples from up to three suppliers per product category. This ensures you have options to compare quality.
How long does the sample process take? : The sample ordering and review process generally takes 2-3 weeks, depending on if the supplier has the item in stock or if it has to be made and shipping.

Can I negotiate payment terms with the supplier? : Yes, we assist with negotiating flexible payment milestones to ensure your funds are secure.
